An important part of the Communicare - Dimensional Training community is our Affiliates. People that become Affiliates of ours do so for a number of reasons:
- They contribute significantly to our clients’ experience
- We provide programs and support that cannot be obtained elsewhere
- Together we are more; the whole is greater than the sum of the parts
Affiliates may operate their own consultancy practice but be engaged by us to provide training and customized services to our clients. Additionally, we are able to assist them in their client relationships by providing access to our world-class Dimensional Training System programs.
Every Affiliate associated with Communicare must first become an accredited Dimensional Systems Trainer certified by Psychological Associates, Inc.

Kelly Cowan
Leadership, Sales, and Coaching Skills Development
Kelly Cowan has over 10 years of experience providing executive coaching and facilitation to a wide variety of clients and corporations. With a background in sales and marketing at Warner-Lambert (Pfizer Inc.), Kelly has coached and trained over 500 senior managers and sales executives. In addition, Kelly developed a coaching practice within Internet startups and started her own business.
Kelly provides executive leadership and sales coaching, specifically in the financial services industry with investment advisors, branch managers and senior executives. She offers a unique blend of corporate savvy and entrepreneurial creativity and drive. She helps corporate professionals carve their own path while managing the practicalities of making it happen within an organization.
To every type of coaching Kelly brings the same focused, upbeat energy, boundless creativity and sense of humour to move people beyond their personal hurdles and thorny circumstances and get them to their goals, dreams and beyond.
As a certified Dimensional Systems trainer in both Leadership and Sales Skills Development, Kelly has consistently exceeded client expectations at all levels of the corporate environment by ensuring only the very highest standards are delivered in her work with others.
Mike Rowlinson
Sales Skills Development
Mike is an experienced, passionate trainer from the financial field. He began his career with a well-known private bank in London, England. He moved to the trading floor of an American bank as a trading analyst, reporting to senior management in London and New York.
After arriving in Canada in 1992, Mike worked in banking education for seven years, managing course development, operations and sales. There he honed his analytical and interpersonal skills to meet the needs of the Canadian banks.
He moved from the “back office” of training to the front of the class when he joined a large financial planning organization in 1999 to train new and existing financial advisors. While there he was involved in training over a thousand advisors, specializing in sales, practice management and communication.
Mike transitioned to a boutique firm in 2002 as Regional Manager for eastern Canada with the mandate of helping advisors build their book of business. This involved considerable training, coaching and client service.
After taking time traveling with his family “down under”, Mike became a certified SkillsPlus trainer for Communicare in early 2007. He has since proven to be an invaluable Dimensional Systems trainer in the financial services sector.
