From the southeast

Follow these directions to Communicare if you are coming from the East, Southeast areas of Toronto.

Step	Action
1	Follow the Gardiner/QEW to South Kingsway exit.
2	Exit at South Kingsway (North).
3	Head North to Bloor St, and make a right.
4	At the next light, make a left going north on Jane St.
5	Street parking is available for one hour between 9 - 4.

From the northeast or west

Follow these directions to Communicare if you are coming from the north, west, or northwest of Toronto.

Step	Action
1	Take 401, East or West to Black Creek/Jane St.
2	Take Jane St. south
3	Continue on Jane St. to just south of Annette St.
4	Street parking is available from 9-4 daily.

Take Hwy 427 south to Hwy 401, and head east to Black Creek/Jane St. exit. Continue south on Jane St. to just south of Annette St. for 357 Jane.

Step	Action
1	Follow Gardiner/QEW to the Kipling/Islington/Park Lawn exit
2	Take the Kipling exit and continue north to Bloor St.
3	Make a right heading east along Bloor St.
4	At Jane St., make a right at the lights., heading north.
5	Street parking is available for one hour between 9 - 4.

The following are the direction to Communicare via the TTC.

Step	Action
1	Take the subway to Jane St. station.
2	Take either the 35+, 26, or 55 bus northbound.
3	Get off the bus at Annette St.
4	Walk back south a few stores to 357 Jane.
